The State Administration Agency Becomes The Best LPNK Implementing SPBE

JAKARTA - The State Administration Agency (LAN) is the best non-ministerial government institution (LPNK) in implementing the electronic-based government system index (SPBE) with a very good 3.75 or predicate.

"This is an extraordinary achievement, where previously in 2021 the SPBE LAN index was still at point 3.01," said LAN Main Secretary Reni Suzana as quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, February 11.

The LAN's achievement is contained in the Decree of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Menpan RB) Number 108 of 2023 concerning the results of SPBE monitoring and evaluation at central and local agencies in 2022.

For this achievement, Reni Suzana appreciates all related work units that continue to work together to implement the implementation of government systems and electronic-based public services in the LAN environment.

"All of this cannot be separated from the spirit of LAN in realizing accountable government administration as well as easier, cheaper and responsive public services," he said.

Even though he managed to achieve a very good predicate, he emphasized that it would not stop there. Because, currently, LAN continues to develop information technology-based public service innovations, especially in the field of developing the competence of the state civil apparatus (ASN)

"Currently, LAN has several types of learning management learning systems," he said.

Among them, he continued, MOOC Swajar and Kolabjar ASN Pintar for CPNS Latsar learning, Swajarmaster for MOOC MOT and TOC, MOOC PPPK and LMS for CPNS basic training workshops as well as leadership training.

"In addition, LAN also uses LMS ASN Unggul to realize ASN Merdeka Learning," he said.

SPBE is a government administration that utilizes information and communication technology to provide services to SPBE users.

To ensure that the implementation of SPBE in central and local agencies is in line with integrated and integrated principles, the central and local government agencies are expected to implement SPBE elements in accordance with the framework of SPBE governance and management.
