The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has compiled and transferred the indictment of the bribery case handling the Supreme Court (MA) which ensnared the inactive Supreme Court Judge Sudrajad Dimyati. The delegation was made to the Bandung District Court (PN), West Java.

"KPK Prosecutor Gina Saraswati has finished transferring the case files and indictments of the defendant Sudrajat Dimyati and friends to the Corruption Court at the Bandung District Court," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters, Wednesday, February 8.

Apart from Sudrajad, other files that were also transferred were Judicial Judge Elly Tri Pangestu, three ASNs in the Kepanteraan MA Desy Yustria, Nurmanto Akmal, Albasri, Muhajir Habibie and debtor of Intidana Savings Cooperative Ivan Dwi Kusuma, and Heryanto Tanaka.

"The current detention status has become the authority of the corruption court," said Ali.

Furthermore, the KPK is just waiting for the initial trial. Ali said, the first agenda is the reading of the indictment that will be carried out by the prosecutor.

"We will convey the agenda soon and we hope that the public will participate in overseeing the trial process which is open to the public," he said.

Previously, there had been 14 suspects named by the KPK in the alleged bribery case at the Supreme Court. They are Judicial Judge Edy Wibowo; Supreme Court Judge Gazalba Saleh; Judicial Judge Prasetio Nugroho; and Gazalba staff, Redhy Novarisza.

Another suspect, namely Judge Agung Sudrajad Dimyati; Judicial Judge or substitute clerk Elly Tri Pangestu; two state civil servants (ASN) at the Mak Kementeratan Desy Yustria and Muhajir Habibie; and two ASNs in the MA, Nurmanto Akmal and Albasri.

Then, lawyers Yosep Parera and Eko Suparno as well as debtors of the Intidana Savings and Loans Cooperative, Heryanto Tanaka, and the Debtor of the Savings and Loans Cooperative Ivan Dwi Kusuma Sujanto.
