He said that tropical cyclone Freddy has the potential to trigger rain with moderate to heavy intensity accompanied by strong winds in Central Java, East Java, Yogyakarta, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, and East Nusa Tenggara.

"The potential for strong winds is more than 25 knots in East Java, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara," he explained.
