Hasya Athallah's Suspect Status Has Been Revoked, How Is The Legal Prosecutor's Report At The Ombudsman?

Hasya Athallah's family attorney, Gita Paulina, has not been able to confirm whether his party will withdraw the report at the Ombudsman regarding the maladministration of the handling of the South Jakarta Police case and the hospital following the revocation of the suspect status against Hasya Athallah by the Polda Metro Jaya.

Gita explained, currently the legal team admits that they are still holding internal meetings.

"We are (discussed) internally first regarding (the report) at the ombudsman. What kind of decision can we not share, we will inform you later," Gita Paulina told VOI, Monday, February 6.

Previously, it was reported that the Indonesian Ombudsman was still waiting for the completeness of files from Hasya's legal team for reporting maladministration allegedly carried out by the South Jakarta Metro Police and one of the hospitals for the accident case experienced by Muhammad Hasya Athallah Syahputra, a FISIP UI student in the Jagakarsa area, South Jakarta.

"The report has been submitted to the verification and receipt team (PVL). It is still being processed," said Head of Assistant for the Examination of the Indonesian Ombudsman in Greater Jakarta, Mulyadin to VOI, Monday, February 6.

From the report submitted by Hasya's legal team, currently the report is still being examined for administrative completeness, both the completeness of the terms - formal requirements and the terms of material.

"Substantially, the ombudsman will later take follow-up steps from the report. But now, I communicated with a verification friend and a report recipient, he said there was still something missing. The shortcomings have been conveyed to the reporting friends, have been sent via email and the WA contact, but have not been answered," said Mulyadin.

Even so, Mulyadin emphasized that his party gave the reporter the opportunity for the next 30 days to complete the files that had been submitted to the Indonesian Ombudsman.
