Chairman of the Central Java Gerindra Party DPD, Abdul Wachid, said the duet of Prabowo Subianto and Ganjar Pranowo as candidates for president and vice presidential candidates in the 2024 election is very likely to occur.

"It is very possible, because the politics is very dynamic, just wait," said Abdul Wachid after the celebration of the 15th Anniversary of the Gerindra Party at the Gerindra Party DPD Office, Central Java, Semarang, Monday, February 6, quoted from Antara.

According to him, the Prabowo-Ganjar duo in the 2024 presidential election was voiced a lot, including during the XVII Central Java Indonesian People's Consultative Assembly (Musra) in Semarang City which was attended by 17 supporting organizations of President Joko Widodo.

"The attitude of the residents of Central Java regarding the same presidential election as Musra is dominated by Prabowo-Ganjar," he added.

On this occasion, Wachid emphasized that all components of the Central Java Gerindra Party DPD are ready to win Prabowo Subianto in the upcoming presidential election.

"Gerindra in Central Java from DPD, 35 districts and cities of DPC, 533 sub-districts, up to 8,300 villages are ready to face the 2024 General Election, both structural and lower levels, to win Gerindra in the 2024 General Election," he said.

In addition to preparing efforts to win Prabowo Subianto, the Gerindra Party DPD is also ready to face the Central Java Provincial Election in November 2024.
