Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Menparekraf) Sandiaga Uno attended the one-year anniversary of the Muhammadiyah Center for Entrepreneurship and Business Incubator (MCEBI) business clinic.

Sandiaga Uno appreciated MCEBI for creating many tough entrepreneurs. On that occasion, Sandiaga Uno spoke directly, heard complaints, and gave motivation to entrepreneurs.

There was also Farras, one of the students who had attended the first batch of business clinics and the ministry of Sandiaga. Now Farras has an increased turnover and its employees.

Farras admitted that he was inspired by Sandiaga during the Business Clinic in the first year, that Indonesia has many cultures.

This inspired him to sell spices such as ginger powder, unexpectedly his turnover shot up after taking pictures with Sandiaga.

"Currently my focus is raw materials. Then I want this to be sold out, to tourists. Maybe that's what I want to ask to be facilitated in tourist attractions," said Farras at the PP Muhammadiyah Special Da'wah Institute, Menteng, Central Jakarta.

Farras revealed that he now has 10 employees. Apart from resellers, his products are increasing.

Sandiaga then gave some tips for the advancement of Farras' business. Such as including nutritional content and paying attention to packaging.

Furthermore, Sandiaga Uno also appreciated the products and businesses that exist this year because they are more diverse than when they launched MCEBI a year ago.

"I saw earlier that more than 300 jobs have been created. Earlier, only what was displayed. Not to mention that the smaller ones are now getting inspiration from the efforts of their friends who are already more advanced, are more developed," Sandiaga Uno explained in his statement, Thursday, February 2.

Sandiaga Uno then advised young people to dare to start a business. He wants young people to be more proactive and become agents of change.

"Start as early as possible to learn from colleagues based on friendship, continue to be soft skills, continue to innovate, dare to take risks, and of course we must continue to move, be proactive. Don't be a people lying down but be agents of change," explained Sandiaga Uno.

Sandiaga Uno also ensures that he will continue to share his experiences with entrepreneurs who are members of MCEBI. Sandiaga hopes that they can help the target of 4.4 million jobs in 2024 be achieved.

"In the business world there are many challenges. But we have to face it. Never run away from challenges. But we face it and we provide a solution. Iita provides motivation," said Sandiaga Uno.

Then, said Sandiaga, if you want success, you must be willing to face and respond to failure. And always have to fight.

"Lastly I said it was for MCEBI to continue producing our entrepreneur-entrepreneur young cadres," said Sandiaga.
