The Bandung Police have deployed 1,200 personnel to execute the Banana Inn hotel on Jalan Setiabudi, Bandung City, West Java based on the Bandung District Court (PN) decision.
The execution to vacate the hotel was based on the Bandung District Court's decision Number 65/Pdt/Ex/HT/2022 regarding civil cases involving two companies and there were auction winners.
"The Bandung District Court bailiff has read out about his execution and thank God it went well and smoothly," said Bandung Police Chief Kombes Aswin Sipayung in Banana Inn, Bandung City, West Java, Thursday, February 2.

The execution was carried out from 09.00 WIB with the reading of the verdict by the bailiff from the court. Then, the emptying began at 12.00 WIB with police guarding.
