Develop Met PDIP, Surya Paloh: Perhaps Megawati There Is Time

Chairman of the NasDem Party, Surya Paloh, stated that he was still discussing meeting the Chairperson of the PDI-P Megawati Soekarnoputri.

"I think the desire for it is there, just arrange it. We ask maybe when Mrs. Mega will have a good time," said Surya when giving a press statement at the Golkar Party DPP Office, quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, February 1.

This was conveyed by Surya when answering reporters' questions related to the follow-up agenda after meeting the General Chair of the Golkar Party, Airlangga Hartarto.

Surya hopes that the meeting with Megawati will take place in the same spiritual atmosphere.

NasDem hopes that all political parties have an interest in carrying out missions, building public awareness, their maturity in absorbing information, processing information, and maintaining healthy thinking while maintaining the stability of national interests.

"The goal is to jointly build the progress of this nation," he said.

Previously, the Chairman of the NasDem Party, Surya Paloh, met with the General Chair of the Golkar Party, Airlangga Hartarto, at the Golkar DPP Office, Jakarta, Wednesday.

During the visit, Surya Paloh was accompanied by the Secretary General of the NasDem Party as well as the Minister of Communication and Information Johnny G. Plate. Meanwhile, Airlangga Hartarto was accompanied by the Secretary General of Golkar Lodewijk Paulus.

In addition, some time earlier, NasDem Deputy General Chair Amad Ali also visited the secretariat with the Greater Indonesia Coalition (KIR) formed by the Gerindra Party and PKB.
