JAKARTA - VP Corporate Secretary of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro), Syachrial Syarief said the results of the audit of the financial report on the implementation of Formula E by the public accounting firm (KAP) had been completed.

"(The Formula E audit) has been completed. The second week of this month. I forgot, basically in January," Syachrial told reporters, Tuesday, January 31.

Syachrial revealed that the results of the financial audit of Formula E had also been submitted to the Regional Owned Enterprise Development Agency (BP BUMD) and the DKI Jakarta Inspectorate.

Syachrial also claimed that the results of the Formula E audit were not much different from the values obtained from the preparation of PT Jakpro's internal financial report on the implementation of the electric car race.

"The profit is indeed different from before, yes, we conveyed that at that time 6 comas amounted to billions of rupiah (IDR 6 billion more, red). Now, 5.29 (billion rupiah) after the audit," he said.

Meanwhile, Jakpro has compiled an internal financial report. Jakpro recorded the racing event which was held on June 4, 2022, which earned a profit before tax of IDR 6.41 billion.

The profit has calculated all revenue and cash burdens and non-cash, including obligations that are still outstanding until September 30, 2022.

Previously, the financial audit of Formula E was billed by the DKI Jakarta DPRD since mid-2022. In a plenary meeting related to the submission of reports on the results of discussions by the DKI DPRD Budget Agency regarding the Draft Regional Regulation on Accountability for the Implementation of the 2021 APBD on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, the request for an audit of Formula E has surfaced again.

DKI DPRD member Wa Ode Herlina requested that financial reports including the loss of profit in the implementation of Formula E be immediately disclosed to the public and including the DKI DPRD.

The reason, he said, is for financial transparency whose commitment costs use the 2019 APBD funds and especially since the car racing event has been completed on June 4, 2022.

"During the discussion of the 2021 P2APBD, there were no financial reports of PT Jakpro related to the expenditure of Formula E. When asked, the President Director of Jakpro also did not provide a transparent explanation. Currently, the implementation of Formula E has been completed, but there are no financial reports, profit losses to the public," he said.
