JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has allocated a budget of IDR 4.7 billion for the procurement of new elevators and maintenance of old elevators at the DKI Jakarta DPRD building this year.

This procurement is allocated in the DKI Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) for the 2023 fiscal year.

Now, the procurement is in the process of open auctions on the website of the Information System for the General Plan for the Procurement of Goods and Services Procurement Policy Institutes (LKPP).

"The name KLPD is the Regional Government of DKI Jakarta Province. The work unit of the DPRD Secretariat. The work location is Jalan Kebon Sirih Number 18, Central Jakarta, DKI Jakarta," wrote a statement on the LKPP website, accessed on Thursday, January 26.

The budget allocation for the lift of the DKI DPRD building is divided into two auction packages. The first auction with the name "procurement of the DPRD building elevator" with a budget ceiling of Rp. 3.48 billion and the second named "preserving the DPRD building lift" amounting to Rp. 1.2 billion.

In a statement on the LKPP website, it was written that the auction for the procurement of new lifts and maintenance of this old elevator was not taken from domestic products.

DKI has scheduled the selection of tenders for the auction for the new lift procurement to be carried out from February to March 2023 and continued in the contract implementation from May to July 2023.

Meanwhile, the selection of the auction tender for maintenance of the old lift will be held in January 2023 and will continue in the implementation of the contract from January to December 2023.
