BOGOR - The Kulon Progo Regency Government, Yogyakarta Special Region, strengthens the solidity of all state civil servants (ASN) within the local government to accelerate economic growth and control inflation in this area. According to Tri, this emphasis is a follow-up to the results of the National Coordination Meeting of Regional Heads with Forkopimda 2023 in Jakarta regarding Economic Growth and Inflation Control led by the President of the Republic of Indonesia which emphasizes four things about investment, inflation, digitalization, and collaboration. "For this reason, we hope that all ranks will be able to carry out the program that has been set, both district programs and national programs in 2023," he said. Tri Saktiyana appreciates the good performance achievements that have been achieved in 2022 and invites all ranks to further improve the work spirit and performance in 2023. Meanwhile, Head of the Kulon Progo Education and Training Personnel Agency (BKPP) Sudarmanto asked regional apparatus organizations (OPD) to translate and implement national policy directions and regional programs in 2023. "Of course, the support, role, and contribution of ASN in terms of quality and quantity are absolutely necessary," he said. For this reason, he said, the direction of strengthening and preparing ASN human resources will be aligned with priority national and regional needs, such as encouraging efforts to accelerate the electronic-based government system (SPBE) or digitizing government services and governance. "The main thing is the internalization of the core value to realize solidity, synergy, and collaboration as directed by the Acting Regent of Kulon Progo," he said.
