TANGERANG PT TNG as the Tangerang City BUMD which manages the Tangerang Old Market has tried to rearrange. After the case of illegal levies handled by the Tangerang Police, the traders began to be brought under control by him. However, in the process, the system and the concept of structuring implemented by PT TNG were deemed not to side with local traders.

The food officials at the location said that PT TNG withdrew a contribution of IDR 25 thousand per day. The nominal is felt heavy for local traders.

A number of traders admitted that many objected to the withdrawal of contributions of Rp. 25 thousand per day. For them, the amount is considered quite large.

One of the traders at the Tangerang Old Market who did not want to be named admitted that he strongly objected to the withdrawal of the contributions. He felt the amount was greater than the withdrawal of the previous contributions made by the thugs.

"For 25 thousand objections. So if previously there were 20 thousand thugs, there were 10 thousand. So it's the same, objections. What's the difference. It's the same," said the merchant when met by VOI at Pasar Lama, Tangerang City, Thursday, January 19.

Furthermore, if Rp25 thousand has provided facilities in the form of electricity to parking, he admits that he agrees. However, if the facility is not fulfilled, they clearly object. Imagine, Rp25 thousand for contributions, not electricity and water. While the profits obtained by the traders, the majority are no more than Rp5 thousand.

"Not yet a seller (preman here) If you want 25 thousand, we will not object to everything, if there is more, we will object," he said.

As a confirmation, the Director of PT TNG, Edi Chandra, confirmed that the withdrawal of contributions of IDR 25 thousand per day was indeed part of the concept made by his party.

"We don't charge rents, what we have is a contribution in the future, we only set IDR 25 thousand per day," said Edi when met at the Tangerang City Old Market, Thursday, January 19.

Edi explained that in the payment mechanism, they would immediately send money to PT TNG's account. Later there will be a company task force team that will visit the street vendors (PKL).

"Later there will be a team that ensures that street vendors have transferred to PT TNG's account," he said.

When asked about security at the Old Market, Edi confirmed that the PT TNG Task Force would guard it. However, it is possible that it will involve related parties.

"Security of the PT TNG Task Force, however, other parties are involved in terms of security," he concluded.
