He said that in Komnas HAM itself until now there are more than 6,000 files of victims of gross human rights violations that have been verified, consisting of the 1965 case, forced disappearances to the Tanjung Priok case and others.
Komnas HAM, he continued, already has the results of the investigation, and internal procedures to provide a certificate for victims of gross human rights violations.
"This certificate is a form of state recognition, official recognition of individuals who have experienced gross human rights violations, especially cases that have been investigated by Komnas HAM," he explained.
Regarding the recovery mechanism, he said, it would be carried out through a team formed by the President.
"If there is no recovery mechanism yet. The President will form it, it will be a recovery mechanism for the first gross human rights violations, which the President has officially formed," he said.
