Central Kalimantan Provincial Governments Get The Predicate Of 'Healthy' From Kemenpan-RB

JAKARTA - The Provincial Government of Central Kalimantan (Central Kalimantan Provincial Government) won the title of 'Healthy' from the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan-RB) in the 2022 BERAKHLAK index survey.

Head of the Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau of Central Kalimantan Province, Lilis Suriani, in Palangka Raya, Sunday, January 15, said that overall the ASN Mapping and Working Culture Survey survey was classified as category A with the title 'Healthy' and obtained a percentage of 75.3 percent.

"With a note, namely the organizational culture of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government, he is healthy and productive," said Lilis as quoted by Antara.

The entire assessment is based on a measurement report on the mapping survey and measurement of the working culture of ASN and the BeRAKHLAK index of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government compiled by the Kemenpan-RB.

He explained that in the survey report, the mapping and measurement of the ASN work culture and the BERAKHLAK index were informed about the seven stages of strengthening the working culture of the BERAKHLAK ASN compiled by the Kemenpan-RB.

These stages include internalization, system alignment, baseline measurements, preparation and implementation of agenda changes, monitoring and evaluation, appreciation and appreciation, and sustainable strengthening.

"This is done in order to strengthen the value of the ASN work culture which will be assessed in the future through a survey in the coming year," he said again.

The 2022 Excise Index survey was first implemented to find out how healthy and good organizational culture is, namely the implementation of the core value (core values) of BERAKHLAK ASN, the alignment between personal and organizational values, and the aspirations of ASN employees to ideal work culture conditions.

Head of the Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau of Central Kalimantan Province, Lilis Suriani, said that with the results of the mapping survey and measurement of the work culture of this 'Healthy' ASN, it is hoped that employees will not be complacent and continue to improve performance.
