Regarding Megawati's Surprise At The 50th Anniversary Of PDIP, Ganjar: What I Know Is That PDIP Will Win Hattrick

Central Java (Central Java) Governor Ganjar Pranowo confirmed that he would attend the 50th Anniversary of the PDI-P (PDIP) celebration in Jakarta tomorrow, Tuesday, January 10.

During the event, PDIP General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri was said to be giving a surprise. Ganjar admitted that he did not have any leaks about what surprise Megawati gave him the next day.

"Yes, I will go to Jakarta tomorrow. What is the surprise, I don't know. It's just a surprise, tomorrow I don't know what surprise," said Ganjar while visiting flood-affected victims in Brebes, Central Java, Monday, January 9.

It is said that many parties will present surprises, such as commemorating the PDIP Anniversary ahead of the 2019 General Election. On this occasion, Megawati is predicted to announce the name of the presidential candidate (candidate) carried by the whitenose party in the 2024 presidential election.

"When it comes to that, it's a matter of the DPP, Mrs. Mega and Mr. Secretary General. The point is that if I do, tomorrow is the time to reflect on PDIP for 50 years, what will it look like," he said.

According to Ganjar, as a cadre, he is proud to be part of the PDIP. Because many parties said that Megawati's regeneration at the PDIP was successful.

"The regeneration gave birth to many cadres now. The increase in capacity made through training also has results. Now there are many leaderships between women and men. Actually, this is part of the implementation of the Political Party Law and as a PDIP cadre I feel proud," he explained.

Many PDIP cadres, Ganjar continued, have succeeded in becoming leaders. In Brebes, for example, a Narjo who used to be an ordinary cadre, could become the Deputy Regent.

"We never thought that Mas Narjo at Brebes, who apologized from the lowest movement, the lowest economy, could lead. He is paired with Mrs. Idza and another woman. This is part of a good regeneration," he said.

This, continued Ganjar, will be the focus of the National Working Meeting as well as the commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the PDIP. The event will be filled with reflection activities.

"Maybe tomorrow there will be a political speech that we all have aspirations for PDIP to win a hat trick three times," he concluded.
