JAKARTA - Gerindra Party chairman Prabowo Subianto has an inappropriate party between his actions and his statements. He also said they were out of the existing line.

This was conveyed by Prabowo in front of the cadres who were present at the inauguration of the Election Winning Body (Bappilu) and the Presidential Winning Body today, Saturday, January 7.

"Yes, humans are there, our colleagues sometimes what, don't know the term, get out of the way, the wrong way," said Prabowo at the Bappilu Office and the Gerindra Party Presidential Winning Body, Slipi, West Jakarta.

Prabowo's statement was delivered amid reports of the transfer of the Deputy Chairperson of the Gerindra Party Board of Trustees Sandiaga Uno to the United Development Party (PPP). In fact, the former Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta has received a receipt from the daily chairman of the Gerindra Party, Sufmi Dasco.

"The person concerned is mostly present at other party events to socialize presidential candidates," said Dasco at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday, January 3.

Dasco said the Gerindra Party did not close the space for its cadres who want to run in the 2024 presidential election. However, it is necessary to emphasize that according to the rules and mechanisms of the party, General Chair Prabowo Subianto has determined as the only presidential candidate in 2024 from Gerindra.

Meanwhile, Sandiaga confirmed that he was still a cadre of the Gerindra Party. He said Dasco's statement was only because he saw that he was often called by other parties.

"Pak Dasco's statement may be in response to several times I was invited by PPP. Incidentally, we are also very close to partnering, but until now I am still a member of Gerindra, a cadre," said Sandiaga at the State Palace, Jakarta, Monday, January 2.
