Activities At The Kalideres Terminal Rising Ahead Of Christmas And New Year, Three Health Posts Built To The Public

JAKARTA - The Kalideres Terminal in West Jakarta provides three health posts to serve the general public including bus passengers and drivers during the Christmas 2022 and New Year 2023 periods.

"We have three health posts and urine tests, vaccine outlets and free medicine," said Head of Kalideres Terminal Revi Zulkarnain in Kalideres, West Jakarta, Saturday, December 24.

He explained that health posts and urine tests and vaccination booths were held in collaboration with the DKI Provincial Health Office (Dinkes), West Jakarta Health Sub-department (Sudinkes), Kalideres Health Center and the DKI Jakarta National Narcotics Agency (BNN).

Meanwhile, the free treatment is held for one week by Jasa Raharja which will be held specifically today, Saturday, December 24.

The DKI Jakarta Health Office opened a non-communicable health check service and free COVID-19 vaccination at the intercity terminal of DKI Jakarta on December 19, 2022-3 January 2023 at 10.00-15.00 WIB every day and there are no holidays.

Apart from Kalideres Terminal, several terminals that have opened inspection and vaccination sites include Pulo Gebang Terminal (2nd Floor C Building, in front of the clinic), Kampung Rambutan Terminal and Tanjung Priok Terminal (2nd Coast).

A number of passengers and drivers at Kalideres Terminal seek free treatment at health posts. Most of the complaints experienced by the community include gout, sore and high blood pressure.

In addition to the health post, the Kalideres Terminal also established a security post in collaboration with the Kalideres Police, Brimob Polda Metro Jaya, Transportation Service, TNI and Satpol PP DKI.

Kalideres Police Chief Adjunct Police Commissioner (AKP) Syafri Wasdar said his party every day during Christmas and the new year deployed 25 personnel.

"At the Christmas and New Year Service Posts at the Kalideres Terminal, we are assisted by Brimob Polda, Criminal Investigation Unit Polda, Intelligence and Security of the Regional Police, Transportation Agency, Satpol PP and elements of the community, namely Senkom and Citra Bhayangkara," he said.
