JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has officially opened a selection for the position of Regional Secretary of DKI Jakarta. This is stated in the Announcement of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government Number 1 of 2022 concerning Open Selection of High Leadership Positions, Intermediate Regional Secretary of DKI Jakarta Province. Now, the position of the Regional Secretary of DKI is filled by the Acting Regional Secretary of DKI. On December 2, Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono removed Marullah Matali from the position of Secretary of DKI Jakarta. Heru shifted Marullah's position who is now Deputy Governor of Culture and Tourism DKI. The selection of the position of the Regional Secretary of DKI is opened nationally. The auction participants of the position of the Regional Secretary of DKI Jakarta must meet the provisions as stipulated in Article 110 paragraph (2) of Government Regulation Number 11 of 2017 concerning Management of Civil Servants, to determine candidates for middle high leadership positions (Echelon l.b). Registration for the auction for the position of the DKI Regional Secretary starts on 21-27 December 2022. The administrative selection starts on 21-28 December 2022. The announcement of the assessment selection takes place on January 2, 2023. After that, the auction of the position of the Regional Secretary of DKI was continued on a field competency test in the form of writing a paper held on January 4, 2023. Then, the announcement of the results of the field competency test on January 9, 2023. The applicant for this position auction will then take a managerial test at the State Civil Apparatus Competency Assessment Center (ASN) of the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) which will be held January 16-25, 2023. The results of the managerial test will then be announced on January 27, 2023. On 30-31 January 2023, the auction applicant will take part in an interview with the selection committee. Then, the final announcement of the results of the auction for the position of the Regional Secretary of DKI Jakarta will be held on February 2, 2023. The following are the general requirements for the selection of the position of the Regional Secretary of DKI Jakarta: 1. Berstatus pegawai negeri sipil (PNS); 2 Has a low rank of Junior Main Trustees (Gol. Room IV/c); 3. The highest age is 58 years on March 1, 2023 (born after February 28, 1965); 4. Whether or once held at least 2 times in different Primary High Leaderships (Echelon II) cumulatively for a minimum of 2 years, or functional officials for the main expert level cumulatively for a minimum of 2 years; 5. Have a educational background as low as Strata 1 (S-1)/Diploma IV (D-IV) or equivalent; 6. Have experience in the field of duties related to the position of the Regional Secretary for a minimum of 7 years; 7. Has a good track record of position, integrity, and intellectuals; 8. Has submitted the last LHKPN tanun (2021) as evidenced by the LHKPN receipt from the KPK, except for functional officials who have submitted the LHKASN last year (2021) as evidence evidence of LHKASN reporting from the Ministry of PANRB; 9. Has submitted the 2021 annual tax notification letter (SPT) as evidenced by the proof of SPT submission for the 2021 tax year; 10. All elements of assessing employee work performance are of the least good value in the last 2 years (2020 and 2021) listed in the Civil Servant Work Achievement Assessment Form; 11. Never sentenced to a criminal sentence, moderate and / or severe disciplinary punishment, not serving a disciplinary sentence, and not being a suspect / defendant / convict by law enforcement officers; 12. Having no affiliation and/or being a member of a political party and never being a candidate for legislative member of a political party; 13. Physical and spiritual health as evidenced by the Certificate of Healthy Health and Rohani from the Government Hospital (RSUP/RSUD); 14. Drug-free as evidenced by a Drug-Free Certificate from the RSUP/RSUD or the National Narcotics Agency (BNN/BNP/BNK); and 15. Applying for a letter signed by a applicant, with a letter of IDR 10,000 addressed to the Chair of the Selection Committee.
