JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Health Office serves health checks for non-communicable diseases for free ahead of Christmas 2022 and New Year's Day 2023 (Nataru) at four intercity terminals in DKI Jakarta.

Type A terminals that serve health checks include Building C on the 2nd floor of the Pulogebang Terminal, Kalideres Terminal, Kampung Rambutan Terminal, and Tanjung Priok Terminal.

"Prepare the Nataru holiday safely. Do non-communicable disease health checks and free COVID-19 vaccinations at the intercity terminal of DKI Jakarta," said Head of the Epidemiological Surveillance and Immunization Section of the DKI Jakarta Health Office Ngabila in his statement, Tuesday, December 20.

Ngabila explained that the disease examination service was opened during the Christmas 2022 and New Year 2023 holidays, from 19 December 2022 to 2 January 2023.

"The service is open at 10.00-15.00 WIB every day, there are no holidays," said Ngabila.

The types of examinations carried out are blood pressure, blood sugar, belly circumference, weight, height, and other non-communicable disease risk factors. The DKI Health Office also conducted a balance test and urine test for the driver.

Meanwhile, for residents who want to vaccinate the type of COVID-19 vaccine served are Pfizer and Zifivax.

Separately, the Head of the DKI Jakarta Health Service, Syafrin Liputo, said that his party had started to prepare intercity interprovincial (AKAP) buses with ramp checks from 7 to 9 December. More than 2 thousand buses, said Syafrin, are ready to serve the Nataru holiday.
