JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) officially inaugurated Admiral Yudo Margono as TNI Commander replacing General Andika Perkasa who entered retirement. The event was held while still implementing health protocols and a number of invited guests attended. "To appoint Admiral Yudo Margono as TNI Commander," he continued. After the decree was read, President Jokowi then led the oath-taking of the TNI Commander. "By Allah, I swear that I will be loyal to the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and will carry out all laws and regulations as straight as possible for the sake of my service to the nation and state," said Yudo reading his oath. guided by President Jokowi.
