The Wife Of Kopda Muslimin, Who Wants To Be Rid Of The Killer Of Her Husband's Rental, Witnesses At The LPSK And TNI Supervisory Courts

SEMARANG - Rina Wulandari (34), the wife of a member of the Indonesian Army for attempted murder in Semarang City, witnessed the trial at the Semarang District Court, Central Java under the escort of LPSK and TNI.

Two members of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) and two members of the TNI helped the wife of the late Kopda Muslimin before and after giving testimony at the trial led by the presiding judge Yogi Arsono.

Rina, who is still recovering after being shot in the stomach twice, is undergoing trial sitting in a wheelchair.

Rina was asked for information as a victim witness for four defendants, namely Sugiono alias Babi, a resident of Demak Regency, Ponco Aji Nugroho, a resident of Semarang, Supriyono alias Sirun, a resident of Semarang, and Agus Santoso alias Gondrong, a resident of Magetan Regency.

In her testimony, Rina admitted that she did not know that the four defendants were hitmen ordered by her husband. In fact, she only found out after two months after the July 2022 incident.

"It was informed by the Military Commander that the perpetrator had been caught, who wanted to kill my own husband," said Rina, Wednesday, December 14, quoted from Antara.

Rina admitted that she had no domestic problems with her late husband, who was suspected of being the motive for the attempted murder. However, her husband was caught cheating eight years ago. It has also received sanctions from his unit.

Meanwhile, when met after the trial, the attorney for the four defendants, Aryas Adi Suyanto, assessed that the statements presented by the victim's witness had not been maximized because of the health condition in question.

According to him, the victim did not know the four defendants, but had known one of the perpetrators, namely Agus Santoso, met her husband at home.

He said Rina Wulandari's testimony was considered sufficient by looking at the condition of the victim's witness who still had to undergo health care.

Previously, the attempted murder of Rina Wulandari was carried out by the four defendants on July 18, 2022 in front of the victim's house on Jalan Cemara III, Banyumanik, Semarang City.

In the crime, the defendant Sugiono as the executor in charge of shooting the victim opened two shots into Rina Wulandari's stomach.

The perpetrators who received direct orders from Muslimin via cell phone communication were ordered to shoot the head after the first shot only hit the stomach. From the execution of the attempted murder, the perpetrators received a wage of Rp120 million.
