Putri Candrawathi Bantah Cheated On Brigadier J In Magelang Even Though The Polygraph Test Was Expressed

JAKARTA - Witness Putri Candrawathi denied having an affair with Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J while in Magelang. Although, the results of the polygraph test or the honesty test stated that he was proud when dismissing the alleged affair. Putri Candrawathi's rebuttal began when the public prosecutor (JPU) questioned whether there was a special relationship with Brigadier J. "What relationship do you have with Yosua?" asked the prosecutor during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, December 12. "Does that mean?" said Putri. "There is a relationship that is more than just an adjutant to his superior?" said the judge asserted. At that time, Putri Candrawathi firmly denied it. He reasoned that Brigadier J had considered Brigadier J as his own son. "Yosua is my driver who I consider a biological child," said Putri. "Is that all? There is no romantic relationship between the two of you?" said the prosecutor. "Nothing," said Putri. Hearing this testimony, the prosecutor immediately mentioned the results of the polygraph test which used thelie detector tool. In the test, Putri was declared lying when asked whether there was an affair with Brigadier J. "Okay, let me remind you, in the question of whether you have an affair with Yosua in Magelang at that time what did you answer?" asked the prosecutor. " “ No," said Putri. “Do you know the result? ” retired prosecutor. " “ No," said Putri. “ Don't know too? Nobody told you? ” cecar jaksa. Putri Candrawathi was presented as a witness for the defendants Bharada Richard Elieze, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Strong Ma'ruf. Meanwhile, the three of them in this case were charged with helping and supporting Ferdy Sambo's plans. Thus, they are strongly suspected of violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
