In Front Of The Judge, Putri Candrawati Sobbing After TELLing About The Incident In Magelang

JAKARTA - Putri Candrawathi cried after giving testimony to the alleged sexual harassment incident by Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J in Magelang, Central Java.

Putri Candrawathi's cries at the South Jakarta District Court began when she revealed an act of harassment which eventually led to the death of Brigadier J.

However, the public cannot know the form of harassment that occurred. The panel of judges decided that the trial was held behind closed doors when Putri explained the matter of harassment in Magelang.

So far, it has only been revealed that Brigadier J tried to carry him twice. However, he always forbade it.

"Then Yosua's deck wants to lift me twice," he said.

"At the first time I picked up, I told Dek Yosua 'Don't, later when I'm strong, I'll go up myself'," continued Putri.

Even with the second attempt, Putri said that she forbade Brigadier J to carry his body to be moved to the upper room.

Until finally, Ferdy Sambo's wife said that she went up to the upper room together with Strong Ma'ruf and Susi.

In fact, it is said that he always accompanies him to rest in the room

"Furthermore, I was accompanied by Strong and Susi, after feeling kind of good, I went up. And that night I was accompanied by Susi to rest on top," said Putri.

In addition, based on the confession of Putri Candrawathi, which was derived by the former Karo Provos of the Propam Police Division, Brigadier General Benny Ali, the form of harassment experienced by Ferdy Sambo's wife was held by her thigh.

"What was told by the abuse?" asked the judge.

"Strengthened," answered Benny.

"Paha?" said the judge.

Putri Candrawathi was presented as a witness for the defendants Bharada Richard Elieze, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Strong Ma'ruf.

Meanwhile, the three of them in this case were charged with helping and supporting Ferdy Sambo's plans.

Thus, they are strongly suspected of violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
