JAKARTA - The follow-up trial of the alleged premeditated murder of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J will be held today. Later, Strong Ma'ruf will testify for the defendants Ricky Rizal alias Bripka RR and Richard Brigadir alias Bharada E.

"Yes, the defendant KM will be a witness for the defendants RR and RE," said Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court, Djuyamto to VOI, Monday, December 5.

When the trial has been completed, Strong Ma'ruf will change places with Bripka RR. This means that the defendant Bripka RR will be a witness for the defendants Strong Ma'ruf and Bharada Richard

"For the mechanism, the panel of judges will decide," said Djuyamto.

Meanwhile, on the previous occasion, Bharada E had become a witness for the defendants Strong Ma'ruf and Bripka RR. He presented several new statements before the panel of judges.

One of them, Bripka RR's plan to hit Brigadier J so that it seemed as if his death was due to an accident.

However, Bripka RR immediately denied this testimony. According to him, there was never such a statement.

For information, Bharada E, Bripka RR, and Strong Ma'ruf are defendants in the alleged murder case of Brigadier J. They were charged with helping and supporting Ferdy Sambo's plan.

Thus, they are strongly suspected of violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
