Zulhas Until Utut Adianto Bintang Presented By The KPK At The Budget Case Session Of Revenue Of Maba Unila

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has the opportunity to summon the Minister of Trade (Mendag) Zulkifli Hasan and a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives from the PDIP faction, Utut Adianto, at the trial of alleged bribery for accepting new students from the University of Lampung (Unila). This possibility is open because they are said to have entrusted their names.

"If information is needed as a witness, the KPK prosecutor will also summon these parties," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters, Thursday, December 1.

Ali said the prosecutors could summon them for confirmation. However, the KPK did not want to rush because it would still analyze the information that appeared at the trial.

This step is important for the KPK to draw up legal facts regarding the alleged bribery that ensnared the inactive Unila Chancellor Karomani.

"All the facts of the trial will definitely be confirmed and investigated," he said.

"Next, further analysis will be carried out to assess and ascertain whether the facts of the trial are related to other evidence so as to form a legal fact," Ali continued.

In the trial of alleged bribery for accepting new students with the defendant Andi Desfiandi, Karomani testified that a number of figures had entrusted their children and relatives to him to be accepted as Unila students. This trial was held at the Corruption Court at the Tanjungkarang District Court on Wednesday, November 30.

Apart from Zulhas, there are other names named Karomani entrusting prospective students to enter Unila. They are NZ from DPR member Utut Adianto; AQ NP from Thomas Rizka, KDA from Tamanuri, SNA from Polda Joko; NA from Sulpakar; RAR from the Regent of Central Lampung; FA from Banten Warriors; ZAP from defendant Andi Desfiandi; R from DPR member Khadafi; PR from the Banten Family; and FS from Rector II Unila Deputy Asep Sukohar.

Next is a prospective student with the initials M entrusted from Asep Sukohar, AC; entrusted by Alzier Dianis Thabranie, NA; entrusted by Sulaiman, NT; entrusted by Dr. Z, RBM; entrusted by the shareholder of Urip Sumoharjo Hospital, AF; entrusted by Mahfud Suroso, M; entrusted by Budi Sutomo, MZ; and entrusted by Budi Sutomo, CPM, and R.
