The Amount Of The Rental Rate For Bayam Susun Village Is Agreed Upon As The Rusunawa Belonging To The DKI Provincial Government

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) have agreed on the rent rate for Kampung Susun Bayam, such as the rent-simple flat (rusunawa) rate belonging to the DKI Provincial Government.

This rental rate refers to Governor Regulation Number 55 of 2018 concerning Adjustment of Housing Service Retribution Tariffs.

Thus, the monthly rental fees that will be paid by prospective residents of Kampung Susun Bayam will not be set in a higher nominal way in order to cover Jakpro's operational needs.

"This amount of tariff will refer to Pergub Number 55 of 2018. So, it is no longer based on Jakpro's economic tariff calculation. We need to be grateful for this," said VP Corporate Secretary Syachrial Syarif in his statement, quoted on Monday, November 28.

In Gubernatorial Regulation Number 55 of 2018, the rate for rental flats per month with a maximum building of 5 floors whose rates have not been set, is set as follows:- the 1st floor of type 30 is IDR 372,000 (programd) and IDR 635,000 (generalized)- the 1st floor is IDR 394,000 (programd) and IDR 75,000 (generalized)- the 2nd floor is IDR 36th floor is IDR 6100.000 (programd) and the 3rd floor is IDR 71.000 (generalized) - the 3rd floor is IDR 322.000 (programmed) and IDR 585.000 (generalized)- the 3rd floor is type 36 amounting to IDR 344,000 (programmed) and IDR 6655,000 (generated)- 4th floor type 30 is IDR 297,000 (programd) and IDR 59,000 (generated)- 4th floor type 36 is IDR 319,000 (programed) and IDR 615,000 (generalized)

Currently, the flat, which is located next to the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS), cannot be inhabited because it is still waiting for the transition process to transfer the management of the Kampung Susun Bayam (KSB) from Jakpro to the DKI Provincial Government.

This transition process is carried out while working on the internal administration and coordination process with the Office regarding the delivery of KSB management. Residents of prospective residents will also form a association or cooperative to carry out maintenance.

"The construction of KSB is part of the construction of the JIS Integrated Sports area and uses PEN loan funds. So, the process (the transfer of management) takes a long time and most importantly must be in accordance with good corporate governance," he explained.

Furthermore, Syachrial revealed that residents can inhabit the KSB after signing the agreement with Jakpro and the association or cooperatives that will manage the management operations of the KSB environment.

The prospective residents of KSB, totaling 123 families, are residents of the former Kampung Bayam who were affected by the construction of JIS.

In accordance with the principle of community management, it is affected that in the JIS development process there should be no loss to residents. For this discussion, Jakpro implemented a resettlement action plan (RAP) program to 624 families and has received compensation for all affected residents.

"So a total of 624 families have received compensation, including 123 families of prospective residents of KSB," he added.

After being inaugurated last month, residents of the former Kampung Bayam visited Kampung Susun Bayam twice in the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) area, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta on Monday and Tuesday evening, to collect the handover of the keys to the residential house.

"We residents of Kampung Susun Bayam, who have been verified, and already have a residential number. We are here to gather, actually from yesterday, where Jakpro promised us that there would be a handover of the key on November 20.
