Dismantling The Alleged Bribery Case Of Lukas Enembe, KPK Telisik Implementation Of Projects In Papua

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating the project work to investigate allegations of corruption that ensnared Papua Governor Lukas Enembe. There were 10 witnesses examined by investigators.

"The witnesses and their knowledge, among others, are related to the implementation of work projects in the Papua Provincial Government," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters, Friday, November 25.

Ali said the witnesses were the Owner of PT Tabi Bangun Papua, Bonny Pirono; Treasurer of PT Tabi Bangun Papua, Meike; employees of PT Tabi Bangun Papua, Willicius; and Director of PT Papua Sinar Anugerah KSO, Sumantri.

Next, investigators examined the Working Group for the Entro Hamadi Project, Okto Prasetyo, Gangsar Cahyono, Arni Parerie, Paskalina, and Yenni Pigome as well as the Head of the Public Works Department as well as the entropic commitment makers (PPK) Hamadi and Girius One Yoman.

Ali did not specify the investigators' questions to the ten people. However, the anti-corruption commission believes their statements confirm the allegations of Lukas Enembe.

As previously reported, Lukas Enembe has been named a suspect in alleged corruption by the KPK. He was then questioned by the KPK on Thursday, November 3 in Jayapura.

At that time, the KPK team consisting of independent doctors and investigators were present led by KPK Chairman Firli Bahuri. Arriving in Jayapura, Firli also had a chance to talk with Lukas.

During the conversation, Firli asked about Lukas' condition and spoke for about 15 minutes. Even so, Lukas' examination did not last long because he was sick.
