Open PPK Registration For The 2024 General Election, KPU Surabaya Prepares Helpdesk And Announcement In 31 Subdistricts And Social Media

SURABAYA - The General Election Commission (KPU) of Surabaya City has opened registration for the sub-district election committee (PPK) for the 2024 General Election from 20-29 November 2022.

Secretary of the Surabaya KPU Wahyu Ramadhani Setiawan said, in order to provide maximum service in PPK registration, his party prepared a special room for helpdesk for information and service centers.

"At helpdesk, very adequate facilities and infrastructure are prepared. This is to facilitate registrants who are present offline at the KPU Surabaya office," he said, quoted by Antara, Sunday, November 20.

According to him, helpdesk is a place that is focused on serving PPK registration and voting committees (PPS). All people who experience information difficulties related to registration, he continued, can directly come to the Surabaya KPU office located on Jalan Adityawarman, Surabaya.

Wahyu added that PPK registrations that come to helpdesk will be directed through the KPU Member Information System application and the Ad hoc Agency (SIAKBA), where registrants who have brought the registration file can later be assisted in registering, including scanning the supporting documents needed in the requirements.

In addition, he continued, the helpdesk room is also equipped with adequate facilities ranging from computers, scanners, printers and internet networks.

Not only that, there are also employees who will guide and help if the registrant experiences difficulties. Of course, they will be directed to register through SIAKBA, on the www.siakba.kpu.go.id page.

"We are ready physically and mentally, in welcoming the stages of forming an ad hoc body. The facilities in helpdesk are very maximal, in making it easier for the community," he said.

Please note, the PPK 2024 registration helpdesk service will be held from 20-29 November 2022 starting at 08.00 WIB to 16.00 WIB.

Not only through helpdesk, KPU Surabaya also conducts other maximum publications such as attaching the announcement of PPK registration in 31 sub-districts in the city of Surabaya. Of course also through all existing social media accounts (medsos).
