Security Gladi, Traffic Corps Rekayasa Lalin In The Area Related To The G20 Bali Summit Today

JAKARTA - The Traffic Corps (Korlantas) of the National Police is planning to close and divert traffic flow during a series of security plans for the G20 Summit in Bali, Friday, November 11.

"The simulation of Gladi at the Apurva Kempinski Hotel will be carried out until the Friday Prayers," said Head of Operations Section (Kabagops) Korlantas Polri Kombes Pol. Eddy Djunaedi in a written statement, quoted from Antara, Friday 11 November

Eddy explained, a complete series of rehearsals will be prepared from the hotels of each delegation starting at 07.00 WITA, then heading to The Apurva Kempinski Hotel on Jalan Raya Nusa Dua Selatan, Badung Regency, starting at 08.00 WITA.

He said the closure and diversion of traffic flow were carried out until the rehearsal was finished at that location at 12.00 WITA.

After that, he continued, the rehearsal series continued to the next simulation in the Ngurah Rai Mangrove Area, Denpasar, starting at 12.30 WITA until it was finished.

"The simulation of the Gladi GalaNER at Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) will be adjusted to the actual time at 18.10 WITA until it is finished," he added.

Eddy appealed to the public to be orderly in driving for the sake of smoothing together and prioritizing the safety of themselves and others on the road.

"We also appeal to the public at the closing location to orderly drive for smooth running together, keep safety on the road and avoid potential accidents by complying with traffic regulations," he ordered.

He hopes that the whole rehearsal involving the 42 series can run smoothly and safely, so that the security of the G20 Summit will run well and optimally.

"Hopefully the rehearsal for the series of security at the G20 Summit will run optimally and this international event will run smoothly until it is finished. We also apologize for the inconvenience if any of them are disturbed on their way," said Eddy.
