JAKARTA - Two teenage boys did not move when they were caught stealing a laptop from a house in the Lubang Buaya area, Cipayung, East Jakarta. The victim screamed so that he invited a reaction from local residents. The two perpetrators could only sit while holding his head when the resident beat him.
