Check Readiness Of The G20 Summit In Bali, Jokowi: We Are Ready To Accept Guests

JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) ensured that Indonesia was ready to receive guests and hold a G20 Summit which was held on November 15-16 in Bali. He conveyed this certainty after checking the location of the international activity or venue. "I have checked everything and I would like to state that we are ready to accept G20 guests," Jokowi said in a YouTube broadcast by the Presidential Secretariat, Tuesday, November 8. Jokowi said there were 17 heads of state present. Among them, American President Joe Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping have been confirmed to attend. "Yes, it is certain 17. I think in a normal position it is usually 17-18 (head of state, red)," he said. Meanwhile Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said they would attend if conditions allowed. The two countries that are at war are still looking at the current situation.
