JAKARTA - The West Jakarta Satwil Traffic Accident Unit is still investigating a fatal accident that killed a motorcyclist with the initials YH on Kapuk Kamal Street, in front of PT Budi Muara, Tegal Alur District, Kalideres, West Jakarta, Monday, November 7.

Victim YH is the wife of an automatic motorcycle rider with the number B 4479 BPL with the initials KA. At the time of the incident, KA (husband) and YH (wife) were passing by the scene and were involved in an accident with a dump truck with the number T 9178 AB driven by the hospital.

Head of West Jakarta Satwil Traffic Unit, AKP Hartono, explained that the incident began when the train and YH rode a motorbike from Cengkareng to Kamal.

When in front of PT Budi Muara Tec, the motorbike driven by the victim from the left will overtake the dump truck driven by the hospital. At the time of the incident, the motorbike and dump truck were running simultaneously.

Then the handlebar of the victim's motorbike on the right hit the dump truck and fell.

"The motorcyclist then bounced to the left. Meanwhile, the mental rider went to the right of the road and was crushed by dump truck tires on the left behind," said AKP Hartono when contacted by VOI, Monday, November 7, afternoon.

As a result, YH suffered injuries to his stomach bleeding and his right leg was broken.

"Victim YH died at the scene," he said.

Furthermore, the victim's death initials YH were taken to the Tangerang Hospital. Meanwhile, the suspect at the hospital, the dump truck driver, is still being investigated by the West Jakarta Satwil officers.

"The cause of the traffic accident is still in the process of being investigated," said AKP Hartono.
