PALANGKA RAYA - Member of the Indonesian House of Representatives Agustias Sabran asked for a commotion in the area of the gold mining company PT Indo Muro Kencana (IMK) in Murung Raya Regency not to disturb the security and public order (kamtibmas). "I received information that at the location of the mining company PT Indo Muro Kencana, in Murung Raya there was a commotion with residents, I hope this does not interfere with the security and social order in our area," Agustiar Sabran said when contacted by telephone in Palangka Raya, Antara, Thursday, November 3. According to him, if the community and company have misunderstandings, it would be better to find a solution in a humane way. Do not let a problem even become complicated in an inhumane way. "Yes, if there is a problem, companies and the community are expected to find a solution for how good it is so that both parties do not misunderstand each other which will result in negative things," he said. The brother of the Governor of Central Kalimantan, Sugianto Sabran, emphasized that currently the conduciveness in the local area has been well maintained. "For this reason, let's all levels of society, be it traditional leaders, religious leaders, and policy makers to be able to maintain a very cool climate in this province," he explained. It would be nice to carry out activities in the regions to always rely on Falsafah Huma Betang which has noble values, such as equality among humans, togetherness, kinship or brotherhood, unity, and law-abiding. "I hope that the commotion that had occurred at the mine site between the company and the community will not happen again, if after all there is a problem, a solution should be found," said Agustiar. Meanwhile, after the recent commotion at the mining site, the Central Kalimantan Police who guarded security in the gold mining area of PT Indo Muro Kencana brought order to residents who took gold-contained stones at the mining site. This was conveyed by the Head of the Murung Raya Police, AKBP I Gede Putu Widyana through the Head of Operations Division, Kompol Sahat Maratua Pasaribu, Thursday, saying that the control was carried out by Central Kalimantan Police personnel who carried out under the control of the Murung Raya Police.
