Ngaku Is Always Afraid Of Speech First From Cak Imin, Prabowo: He's The Orator, I'm What Yes?

JAKARTA - Gerindra General Chair Prabowo Subianto admitted that he was always afraid if he gave a speech first from PKB Chairman Muhaimin Iskandar.

The reason is, the Minister of Defense is inferior to the figure of Cak Imin who is good at orienting anywhere.

Prabowo conveyed this joke when giving a speech at the 'PKB Road To Election 2024' event which was held at Tennis Indoor Senayan, Jakarta, Sunday, October 30.

The event was attended by PKB cadres from the central level to DPC throughout Indonesia.

"Because I was invited, I was prepared. Actually I was said that I was talking first, I was always afraid to talk after Gus Imin," said Prabowo.

To note, at the Gerindra National Working Meeting last August, Prabowo was nervous about his speech after Cak Imin.

In fact, Prabowo also joked to the committee why he had to give a speech after Cak Imin.

Furthermore, Prabowo mentioned his background as a figure in the military.

Meanwhile, according to him, Cak Imin, who is also the Deputy Speaker of the DPR, has a character that is directly touched by the people.

"I am a former soldier, he is a leader of the people from below," added the former Danjen Kopassus.

Prabowo also mentioned the figure of Cak Imin as a figure who was united with the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU).

Therefore, according to him, Cak Imin is an accomplished orator who is good at speaking in front of the community.

Prabowo then questioned what he was. Because, he was not accompanied by Cak Imin during the speech.

"Moreover, NU circles, he is the orator. What am I, huh?" Prabowo asked, who was greeted by the screams of 'presidents' by PKB cadres.

Prabowo then read out a rhyme describing the cohesiveness of the Gerindra and PKB coalitions.

"Pak Sadikin Belu has a book in Kwitang, driving to Pelabuhan Ratu. If you want Indonesia to be prosperous and victorious, Gerindra and PKB must continue to unite," said Prabowo.

"Going around the ocean, going must be early in the morning. Hold Gerindra's hands, wherever the PKB goes," he added, followed by boisterous applause from the cadres.
