The Police Have Never Made It Difficult For Families To Manage The Body Of The FPI Special Troops

JAKARTA - The National Police emphasized that they did not obstruct the family of 6 Laskar Special guards for Rizieq Shihab when taking the body for burial.

"The National Police have never prevented or made it difficult for the family to take care of the bodies of the six people who tried to fight against the officer," said Head of Public Relations of the National Police, Inspector General Argo Yuwono in his statement, Monday, December 7.

In addition, Argo said, the National Police would not hide the whereabouts of their bodies. Currently, the bodies of the six members of the Special Army are at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, East Jakarta.

"The body is at the Police Hospital. Of course the police are conducting an examination of the body to identify the identity of the body," he explained.

However, Argo did not deny it when he mentioned the deployment of TNI-Polri personnel to carry out tight guarding at the Police Hospital. This guard is to anticipate things that are not desirable to happen.

"Of course, according to the applicable SOP, the officers carry out security to prevent irresponsible people," he said.

The police shot six Special Laskar supporters supporting Rizieq Shihab. They were shot for attacking police officers.

Laskar's firm action by police began with a police investigation regarding the schedule for examining Rizieq Shihab. This is because the police received information that there would be a mass mobilization.

But when members of the Polda Metro Jaya followed the Special Laskar vehicle, precisely on the Jakarta-Cikampek KM 50 toll road, they suddenly came under attack.
