JAKARTA - The panel of judges decided to reject the exception or memorandum of objection submitted by Putri Candrawathi. Thus, the trial of the alleged murder case of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J will enter the stage of examining witnesses.

"Rejected the objection from the legal advisor to the defendant Putri Candrawathi in its entirety," said presiding judge Wahyu Imam Santoso during the trial, Wednesday, October 26.

Then, in its decision, the panel of judges ordered the public prosecutor (JPU) to present 12 witnesses to be heard in a case registered with number 797/Pid.B/PN JKT. CELL.

The witnesses were Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat's family, alias Brigadier J.

"Ordered the public prosecutor to continue examining cases," said Wahyu.

For information, Putri Candrawathi is one of five suspects in the murder case of Brigadier J. She is said to have helped in the series of murder events.

So, with this role Putri Candrawathi was charged with violating Article 340 subsidiary Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
