The death of MR (23), an online motorcycle taxi (Ojol) in Tanah Abang, leaves deep sorrow for the family. MR died when he wanted to break up the fight between RH, the victim's brother, and the perpetrator.

According to RH's confession, at that time he was riding a motorcycle in the opposite direction. Then the perpetrator was annoyed with RH. Since then there has been a fight between RH and the perpetrator.

"My position is in the opposite direction, he only points me out, and shows me. His position stopped, I stopped, he challenged me, yes I came down, I arrived," RH told reporters, Monday, October 24.

As a result of the fight, RH suffered lacerations to his head. Meanwhile, the victim intervened, but was stabbed by the perpetrator.

"When I was in the hand, I saw, I held his hand I grabbed him, I twisted back, suddenly my brother turned into a victim," he said.

Previously, it was reported that the Tanah Abang Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit had pocketed the identity of the alleged perpetrator of the stabbing of MR, an online motorcycle taxi jacket man who was stabbed to death on Jalan KH Mas Mansyur, Kebon Melati, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta.

"(identity) It is suspected that the perpetrator is known," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tanah Abang Metro Police AKP Fiernando Adriansyah when contacted by VOI, Monday, October 24.

Currently, the perpetrator is still being chased by Criminal Investigation Unit members in the field. The police said the man being pursued was still a suspected perpetrator.
