JAKARTA - The number of victims of the Urban Tragedy has increased again by one person. In total as of Monday, October 24, 135 people lost their lives as a result of the bloody incident in the world of national football.

Head of Sub Division (Kasubbag) Public Relations of Saiful Anwar Malang Hospital Dony Iryan Vebry Prasetyo said the victim was reported to have died on Sunday, October 23, at around 22.50 WIB.

"Yes, that's right, he died at 22.50 WIB last night," said Dony when confirmed, Monday, October 24.

Dony explained that the 135th death toll was after the Arema FC vs Persebaya match in Surabaya on Saturday, October 1, that night, on behalf of Farzah Dwi Kurniawan. The 20-year-old teenager is a resident of Jalan Sudimoro Utara 43, RT 003 RW 017, Mojolangu Village, Lowokwaru District, Malang City.

According to him, the patient was last treated at the Saiful Anwar Regional General Hospital (RSUD). He is being treated in the Incovit room, a facility used to treat positive COVID-19 patients.

"The last patient was treated at the Incovit of Saiful Anwar Hospital," he said.

Farzah became the 35th victim of death due to the Kanjuruhan Tragedy. Previously, there were two other patients who died after undergoing treatment at the Saiful Anwar Hospital in Malang City on behalf of Reivano Dwi Afriansyah (17), and Andi Setiawan (33). Both are residents of Malang City.

On Saturday, October 1, the derby match of the East Java Liga 1 club at the Kanjuruhan Stadium, Malang Regency, was marked by the action of a number of supporters falling and entering the field area.

A number of flares including mineral bottles were thrown into the field by a number of supporters. The riots broke out, when joint security officers from the National Police and the TNI controlled the crowd using tear gas.
