Family To Lovers Brigadier J Ready To Witness At The Bharada E Session At The South Jakarta District Court

JAKARTA - Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat's family legal advisory team or Brigadier J confirmed that they would fulfill the summons of the South Jakarta District Court judges to testify in court on Tuesday, October 25.

Jonathan Baskoro, one of the team of lawyers for Brigadier J's family, will accompany his family while giving testimony at trial.

"From us, the legal advisory team will be full of teams to be present to monitor and oversee. Starting from the beginning of the trial and until the end of the trial, especially for summoning witnesses from the family who will testify, of course we will accompany them," said Jonathan, Thursday, October 20, quoted from Antara.

The panel of judges in the trial of reading the indictment against the defendant Bharada Richard totaling Pudihang Lumiu or Bharada E asked the public prosecutor (JPU) to present 12 witnesses from the victim's side and the victim's family.

The twelve witnesses were Kamarudin Simanjuntak, Samuel Hutabarat, Rosti Simanjuntak, Marezal Rizky, Yuni Artika Hutabarat, Devianita Hutabarat, Novitasari Nadea, Simanjuntak REMinent, Sanggah Parulian, Rosline Emika Simanjuntak, Indrawanto Pasaribu, and Vera Mareta Simanjuntak.

Of the 12 witnesses, they were also summoned as witnesses, namely the legal advisory team of Brigadier J's family, namely Kamarudin Simanjuntak.

According to Jonathan, Kamaruddin Simanjuntak as the head of the family's legal advisory team Brigadier J is ready to attend the trial.

"Oh obviously there will be, our team leader, Mr. Kamaruddin, is very cooperative and has great respect for the law. He will definitely be present at the trial," he said.

He said the witnesses, including legal counsel, were summoned to attend the trial on Tuesday (25/10) at 09.00 WIB.

Jonathan also asked for prayers from the community for Brigadier J's family and parents in facing the trial.

"Of course, all parents will be exhausted, stressed and traumatized because they have to be faced with a bitter reality. Please pray that the family will always be given strength and health," said Jonathan.

The parents, family and legal advisers of Brigadier J's family were asked by the panel of judges to be presented at the trial of examining witnesses in the trial of the case with the defendant Bharada E which was held next week.

However, the panel of judges did not require the family to attend the South Jakarta District Court, the prosecutor was able to coordinate with the Jambi High Prosecutor's Office to be able to bring witnesses zoom from Jambi. However, witnesses in Jakarta were ordered to attend the South Jakarta District Court.
