More Than 2 Pieces Of Evidence That Made Rizky Billar A Suspect In Domestic Violence Toward Lesti Kejora

JAKARTA - The South Jakarta Metro Police through the Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police Kombes Endra Zulpan named Rizky Billar as a suspect in a case of domestic violence (KDRT). Although there was a rebuttal from Rizky Billar's attorney, Ade Erfil, who said that his client had not been proven to have committed violence against his wife, Lesti Kejora.

However, the police have strong evidence to raise Rizky Billar's status as a suspect, one of which is the post-mortem for Lesti Kejora.

"Based on the legal facts that we have, the crime of domestic violence in Law Number 23 of 2004 where the person concerned is suspected of Article 44 paragraph 1, namely committing physical violence to the victim supported by other evidence from the post-mortem," said Zulpan to reporters at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Wednesday. October 12.

Zulpan explained, in addition to the post-mortem results for Lesti Kejora, there was also other evidence to strengthen the determination of the suspect Rizky Billar, namely the statements of the victim and a number of witnesses.

"Based on the victim's statement and supported by a statement of other evidence, it is possible to determine the reported party as a suspect. We have more than two pieces of evidence, so the status in question is raised as a suspect," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Nurma Dewi, said that Rizky Billar is currently at the South Jakarta Metro Police for investigation.

Furthermore, she explained that Rizky Billar would be questioned by 48 questions by investigators.

"As many as 38 questions then grew to 48, all of which have been answered, it is the right of answer from brother R," said Nurma.

Regarding the CCTV video showing the scene of Rizky Billar throwing a billiard ball at Lesti Kejora, Nurma explained that the video was only a supporter of the report. Not included in the material.

"The focus being explored is the incident, then the clear cause and effect, and others that make the report clear," she said.

“For those who were circulating, what was reported at the South Jakarta Metro Police by L was domestic violence. For others, we are still exploring. However, what we prioritize is the reporting made by L regarding domestic violence," she continued.

When asked about health, Nurma said that currently Rizky's health condition was declared healthy, and ready to take an examination related to the domestic violence report. Previously, Rizky Billar had experienced a psychological disorder due to the case reported by his wife.
