JAKARTA - The journey of a number of trains across the south of Java was hampered due to subsidence and gogosan in Cilacap Regency.

Furthermore, Daniel said the incident resulted in a number of long-distance trains passing through the PT KAI Daop Purwokerto area, especially the southern Javanese crossing between Yogyakarta and Bandung, experiencing a slowdown.

"Several trains that experienced delays include KA 132 Mutiara Selatan, the Kiaracondong-Surabaya Gubeng connection was 378 minutes slow, KA 79 Turangga, the Surabaya Gubeng-Bandung relation was 373 minutes slow," he said.

In addition, the South Parcel (KA 300G) train was 329 minutes slow, KA 119 Malabar relations Malang-Kiaracondong were 309 slow, KA 312 Kutojaya Selatan relations Kiaracondong-Kutoarjo were 281 minutes slow, KA 131 Mutiara Selatan relations Surabaya Gubeng-Kiaracondong were 324 minutes slow, South Parcel KA (KA 299C) was 199 minutes slow, and KA 284 Kahuripan connection Kiaracondong-Blitar was 217 minutes slow.

Related to this, Daniel said that his party was taking steps to deal with the delay in train travel so that the train did not increase by passing forward to the train-KA journey, namely by moving passengers to the bus fleet.

PT KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto also changed the KA 301 Serayu Pagi route to the Purwokerto-Kroya-Kiaracondong-Pasarsenen relation to Purwokerto-Cirebon-Cikampek-Pasarsenen.
