Polisi Angakui Kesulitan Termungkap Kasus Curanmor Di Cempaka Putih: Pelapan Pelat Nomor Fake Agar Tidak Ditggek

JAKARTA - The theft of a Yamaha automatic motorcycle numbered H 6060 JY, was caught on a CCTV camera on Jalan Percetakan Negara 6, Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta. From the recording, it can be seen that five people were riding four motorbikes.

The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Cempaka Putih Police, Iptu Tri Teguh, said that from the results of the investigation, it turned out that the perpetrator's motorbike number was recorded as fake CCTV.

"After we investigated, the license plates for the perpetrators' motorbikes were all fraudulent," said Iptu Tri Teguh when confirmed, Monday, October 3.

Kanit explained that the way the perpetrators acted was targeting deserted settlements, so it was unlikely that their actions would be known to local people.

"If we look at the way they play, they are aiming for a quiet residential area. Moreover, many residents work," he said.

Regarding the identity of the perpetrators, Tri admitted that he had not been able to get it. The reason is, the perpetrators in acting using helmets make it difficult for officers to identify.

"We haven't found the identities of the perpetrators, but we are continuing to investigate to successfully reveal the perpetrators," he said.

Tri admitted that Rawasari and Cempaka Putih Barat sub-districts are prone to motorcycle theft.
