BENGKULU - The Bengkulu National Search and Rescue Agency (Basarnas) found Saiful Bahri (60), a fisherman who was declared missing around Tikus Island on Tuesday, September 27. Head of Bengkulu Basarnas Arafah said the fisherman was found dead. "The victim has been found exactly 14 meters northwest of the point where the victim disappeared from the point of the victim's disappearance," Arafah said in Bengkulu City, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, September 28. At around 13.00 WIB, Monday, September 26, the victim looked for an octopus and remained on Tikus Island while his three colleagues returned to the Baai Island pier. The day Tuesday, September 27, the three victim's colleagues returned to Tikus Island to pick up their colleague, but when the victim was not there. Arafah said that in the process of searching the team had difficulty because the sea conditions in Bengkulu were experiencing high waves and strong ocean currents.
