SOLO - The Mayor of Solo, Central Java, Gibran Rakabuming Raka admitted that he received a lot of criticism from political observer Rocky Gerung when he met some time ago. "There are a lot of criticism, okay (a lot), regarding Mr. (President Joko Widodo) there, I myself exist, others. The brains are empty, my brain is lost, and so on, everything is discussed," said Gibran in Surakarta, Antara, Monday, September 26. Despite receiving a lot of criticism from Rocky Gerung, Gibran said it was quite rational and realistic. In fact, he admitted that he wanted to learn a lot from Rocky. "The person is a genius, the criticism is fair. I learned a lot from him, what input, what did I do wrong. There were a lot of good inputs," he added. He said that so far he had been quite following the criticisms that Rocky had conveyed to him. "Yes, it's good to. So, instead of being (critical) from afar, it's better if I come directly. Sir, I'll criticize you, face to face (face-to-face), that's how good it is," he said. He also admitted that there was no specific purpose from the meeting at Rocky Gerung's house in Sentul, West Java, that. "There is no purpose to let him stay calm or something.
