Residents Can Recommend Remove Uninhabitable Names In Accepting Assistance In The Social Assistance Check Application Of The Ministry Of Social Affairs

JAKARTA - Minister of Social Affairs (Mensos) Tri Rismaharini explained in the complaint application Check Social Assistance made by the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos), the public can complain about the inappropriate name of the beneficiaries of social assistance.

This was conveyed by Risma when explaining the steps and achievements of the Ministry of Social Affairs in implementing transparent, accountable bureaucratic reform and strengthening governance better. Risma said this in front of the Evaluator team of the PAN-RB Ministry.

"In the Cekbansos application, for example, people can register if their names have not been entered into the database, and can refute other people who are deemed unfit for assistance," Risma said in a written statement, quoted from Antara, Friday, September 16.

Risma added that the public can also take advantage of various other complaint applications such as SP4N-Lapor!, PPID, and the KPK's Whistleblowing System, if they face various problems in the field.

To increase the quick response, continued Risma, the Ministry of Social Affairs is also building a Command Center (CC). This service operates 24 hours a day manned by officers present in the CC room. Officers received telephone service 171 which officers immediately responded to.

CC is equipped with various monitoring facilities on a digital screen, including disaster information services. This facility allows officers to detect earthquake locations with real time, and photograph disaster location conditions.

With this capability, said Risma, it allows faster emergency handling for disaster survivors. The internal services of CC also provide getaging at the location where the beneficiaries live.

"That way, we can find out whether the aid is right on target or not. Public complaints are connected to direct field assistants in the regions," he said.
