JAKARTA - Densus 88 Anti-terror has arrested several terrorism suspects in the Riau region.

"Yes, that's right (the arrest of terrorists, ed). In Riau," said Head of the Operational Assistance Section (Kabagbanops) Densus 88 Anti-terror Police, Kombes Aswin Siregar when confirmed, Thursday, September 15.

For information, Densus 88 Anti-terror last arrested a suspected terrorist on September 6. A person with the initials FS was secured in Sumbermujur Village, Lumajang Regency, East Java.

According to the information gathered, FS has only occupied a house in Sumbermujur Village for about four months. During that time he rarely communicated with local residents.

FS is known as a volunteer who helped victims affected by the eruption of Mount Semeru in Sumbermujur Village, Senduro District, Lumajang.
