The NTT Provincial Government Circulates Rp60 Billion Builds Roads In Ende, Deputy Governor Erik Emanuel Calls Viktor An Extraordinary Break-up

NTT - Deputy Regent Ende Erik Emanuel Rede said the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Provincial Government had disbursed funds of Rp60 billion to build a 30-kilometer highway in the last two years. "We are very grateful to the NTT Provincial Government for building good roads so that access to transportation on several roads is smoother," said Erik Emanuel when contacted from Kupang, Antara, Wednesday, September 14. The Rp60 billion fund sourced from the APBD funds was used to build the Mausambi-Nira Nusa road section, South-Detusoko Ranakole, Maukaro Nabe-Ekotaru to shorten the time to 45 minutes, from what is usually taken for 3-4 hours. "The Ranakolo-Nabe and Nuabosi-Ende deer are still in the process and are almost complete," said Erik Emanuel. According to him, the construction of provincial roads carried out under the leadership of Governor Viktor Bungtilu Laiskodat and Deputy Governor Josef A Nae Soi was an extraordinary and unprecedented breakthrough. "We ensure that 89 percent of provincial roads in Ende Regency are adequate with the construction of the hot mix road so that it is very helpful for residents to market agricultural products and marine products to areas on the north coast of Ende Regency to Ende City," he said. He also hopes that the NTT Provincial Government will help with irrigation development in the rice fields in Weweria District, which is a rice barn for Ende Regency. "There are thousands of hectares of rice fields in the Weweria irrigation area. We urgently need the help of the NTT government to build irrigation in Weweria," said Erik Emanuel. According to him, the existence of this irrigation channel can increase the production of rice owned by farmers in the area.
