BLT BBM Social Assistance IDR 300 Thousand It's Watered, Here's How To Check Recipients

YOGYAKARTA - The social assistance program to replace fuel subsidies has been disbursed by the government. The distribution of the Ministry of Social Affairs' Wage Subsidy Assistance (BSU) and Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) has started on September 12. Like people who are classified as recipients, they can get the BLT BBM Rp300 thousand social assistance which is distributed in two stages.

The distribution of BBM BLT is sent through the nearest post office. Meanwhile, the 2022 BSU is given via transfer directly to the beneficiary's account. BLT BBM is distributed during the September-December 2022 period with an amount of Rp600 thousand. Then how to check the recipient status of the two social assistance recipients?

The government gave BBM BLT of IDR 12.4 trillion to as many as 20.65 million underprivileged families. Meanwhile, BSU was given IDR 2.61 trillion for the 4.36 million workers/laborers who received it.

BSU is a subsidy distributed to workers who have a maximum salary of up to Rp. 3.5 million per month. The distribution of BSU funds was sent directly to Himbara Bank as a channeling bank through the State Treasury Service Office (KPPN). Then the assistance was sent directly to BSU recipients. The amount of BSU received was Rp600 thousand per recipient.

In the data collection of recipients, the government through the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos) will always update the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS). The government uses DTKS to distribute aid more precisely on target.

"So the law is actually one year or two, but because the conditions of change in the area are quite fast, then we make changes (DTKS) every month. So every month, I make a new decree," said Tri Rismaharini, Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.

The 600 thousand BLT BBM is not given to everyone. This BLT is intended for the poor or underprivileged. This BLT recipient is set in the Ministry of Social DTKS.

How to check whether or not it is registered as the recipient of BLT fuel as follows:

- Masuk website https://cekbansos.kemensos.go.id.

- Fill in provincial, district, sub-district, and village/kelurahan data in the column provided.

- Fill in the beneficiary name (PM) according to the Identity Card (KTP).

- Type 8 letter "code challenge" listed in the box.

- Click "Search for data". If so, the system will automatically generate information on the PM concerned data.

BSU for workers is sent directly via transfer of recipient accounts. The first stage of BSU recipients have been selected by the Ministry of Manpower. To see the status of BSU recipients, workers can check through the Ministry of Manpower website.
