YOGYAKARTA - A good news in the midst of the sad price of fuel rising to affect other prices. This September the government will provide Social Assistance (Bansos) funds in the form of Wage Subsidy Assistance (BSU) 2022. Then what is the scheme for distributing the social assistance?

The amount of BSU 2022 that will be given to each worker is IDR 600,000.

Where this year, there are as many as 16 million workers in Indonesia who will get the 2022 BSU.

However, the Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani Indrawati emphasized that the recipients of the 2022 BSU were workers with a maximum salary of IDR 3.5 million.

On the other hand, the Minister of Manpower (Menaker), Ida Fauziyah, said that at this time his party was preparing various regulations to accelerate the distribution of BSU 2022.

"The Ministry of Manpower continues to prepare and finalize all technical matters for the work on the distribution of BSU. We continue to strive so that this BSU can be distributed in September 2022," said Ida, quoted from Instagram @kemnaker.

First, disbursed directly for workers who already have an account at the Association of State-Owned Banks (Himbara), namely BNI, BRI, BTN, Mandiri, and BSI for Aceh Province.

Second, it is disbursed against workers who own BCA/private accounts with a new Himbara collective account opening scheme.

Third, through Pos Indonesia.

Community BLT

The government will provide Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) for 20.65 million community groups. The assistance to be received is IDR 150,000 four times, with a total budget of IDR 12.4 trillion. The BLT will be paid IDR 300 thousand by the Ministry of Social Affairs twice, through various channels from the Post Office of Indonesia.

Pre-Employment Card

Other government assistance is the Pre-Employment Card Program which is currently open for Wave 43. Participants who pass the Pre-Employment Card Selection Wave 43 will receive an incentive of IDR 600,000 per month for 4 months, with a total of IDR 2.4 million. Incentives are given after participating in the training.

Non-cash Basic Assistance (BPNT)

The Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos) is still distributing social assistance for Non-Cash Basic Assistance (BPNT) addressed to the poor and vulnerable or Beneficiary Families (KPM). BPNT is distributed through PT Pos Indonesia (Persero).

Meanwhile, the amount of BPNT 2022 assistance is Rp. 2.4 million per year. A value of Rp. 200,000 will be distributed every month in 12 installments.

BLT Village Fund

The Village Fund BLT is intended for rural communities who meet certain criteria, including poor families, chronic residents who do not have work and residents who have not received other social assistance.

The amount of the 2022 Village Fund BLT will be given in the amount of Rp. 300.00 per month per Beneficiary Family (KPM), every month for a year.

MSME BLT

Cash Direct Assistance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME BLT) is disbursed in 2022. This assistance will be distributed to 12 million street vendors, shop owners, fishermen and micro entrepreneurs. The amount of the 2022 MSME BLT is IDR 600,000.

Later, the MSME aid funds will be transferred through banks that are members of the State Bank Association (Himbara) or state-owned banks.
