What Is The Minister Of Social Affairs Doing, Risma, So That The BLT Of BBM Doesn't Happen?

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Social Affairs continues to update data on recipients of social assistance (bansos) so that all types of social assistance, including Direct Cash Assistance for Fuel Oil (BLT BBM), are right on target.

"So that the social assistance is right on channel, right on target, what we are doing is improving the data ourselves," said Social Minister Tri Rismaharini, Tuesday, September 13.

Social Minister Risma attended an invitation to an open dialogue held by the Cipayung Plus Group with the theme 'Increase in fuel prices? Who's the problem or solution?' in Menteng, Central Jakarta, Monday 12 September afternoon yesterday.

The open dialogue began with a presentation of views from eleven students as the general chairman of each organization, who expressed their views on the increase in fuel prices and their BLT recipients. This view was then responded to by three invited respondents, one of which was Social Minister Risma.

The Minister of Social Affairs said that currently, his party and his staff are updating the data every month. Every month, the Minister of Social Affairs makes a new certificate (SK) to ensure that the data remains updated because the data movement is dynamic.

In addition to routine data updating, he continued, the BLT recipients were also proposed and recorded by their respective regions. This is in accordance with Law Number 13 of 2011 concerning Handling the Poor who stated that an unrecorded poor person can actively register with the village head/head.

Likewise, heads of families who have been registered as poor are required to report any changes in the data of their family members to the village head/head, so that the village head/head can submit registration/change as referred to to by the regent/mayor through the sub-district head.

The Minister of Social Affairs hopes to reduce the numbers that are not right on target for BLT recipients because it is appropriate for the target to be self-determined by the area concerned.

"If the regions say they can't afford it, just propose it. But, if they are considered capable, they must be dropped," he continued, quoted from Antara.

According to him, updating the data every month and the proposal for BLT recipients by this area contribute to the Ministry of Social Welfare Integrated Data (DTKS) with population data from the Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil).

It didn't stop there, the Minister of Social Affairs again assured students that the Ministry of Social Affairs also accommodated the community with the Refuting Proposal feature on the Social Assistance Check Application, which allowed the public to participate in providing input through the application whether the BLT recipients were right or not.

This application is claimed to be a breakthrough from data problems so far, namely there are people who are entitled to assistance, but cannot (exclusion error), and some are not entitled, but receive assistance (inclusion error).

"With this menu, people can register or refute themselves, their families or other people who are entitled and are not entitled to social assistance in accordance with their respective regions," explained the Minister of Social Affairs.

In addition to the Social Assistance Check Application with the official website checking social assistance.kemensos.go.id and Jaga Bansos, the Ministry of Social Affairs also has the flowing System_ Corruption Crimes (WBS-TPK) Application which is integrated with the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

Through this application/app, conveyed by the Minister of Social Affairs, the KPK can also monitor the distribution process, up to all forms of misappropriation "day to day".

In addition to Social Minister Risma, Risma was also present as a response, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Arifin Tasrif, and Coordinator for the Preparation of Legislation and Cooperation Regulations, Secretariat General of PHI and Social Security from the Ministry of Manpower, Agatha Widianawati.
